My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was decent, being close to attractions, the rooms were far from clean and welcoming. The service from the staff was okay, but they could definitely improve their presentation and professionalism. I encountered some serious issues, including bed bugs, which completely ruined the experience for me. I don't think I would recommend this place based on my experience.

The rooms had a terrible odor and were not clean at all. There was wallpaper peeling, cobwebs in the bathroom, and even bed bugs, which is frankly unacceptable.

The location was fairly nice, close enough to activities around Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, which I appreciated.
